I Have a Sales Coach. Do I Need This Too?

A coach sets the direction. REPS carries it through the week between sessions, and checks whether it showed up on your calls. Built to work with a coach, not replace one.

If you have a good coach, keep them. A person who has sold for years, who can hear what you cannot hear in your own voice, is worth a great deal. REPS is not built to replace that. It is built for the part a coach cannot be there for: the days between sessions.

The week between sessions

A coaching call usually ends with a clear note: slow down before you answer price, ask one more question before you pitch. Then the week happens. Calls stack up, the note fades, and by the next session it is hard to say whether anything changed on the calls in between.

Where REPS fits

  • It reads your calls and finds the one habit costing you the most, which gives your coach evidence to work from.
  • It gives you focused practice on that one thing, as often as you want, against buyers built from your own calls.
  • It checks the calls you take afterward and tells you straight whether it held, has not moved yet, or came back.
Your coach sets the direction. REPS keeps it going between calls, and checks it on the next ones.

Bring the evidence to your next session

The most useful thing you can hand a coach is evidence: the exact moments the habit showed up, and whether the new behavior held on later calls. That turns a session from "how did the week feel?" into "here is what happened, now what?"

Reading about it is step one. REPS runs the actual mechanism, evidence, diagnose, test, train, prove, progress: on your real calls.

Every week

One real call, all the way through.

Each week we take one real sales call apart, line by line. You see what went wrong, why it went wrong, and what to say instead. One email, free, and you can leave any time.

We'll email you once to check it's really you. Nothing else arrives until you click it.
