Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and Fornax Execution Consulting. They cover your use of REPS, the website at salesrepshq.com, and the REPS mobile apps. We have written them in plain language on purpose. Where a clause matters more than the others, we have said so rather than burying it. By buying a Performance Cycle or using REPS, you agree to these terms.
1Who you are contracting with
REPS is a product of Fornax OS, the product arm of Fornax Execution Consulting, a company licensed in the Sharjah Media City (Shams) free zone.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Fornax Execution Consulting. “You” means the person or company using REPS.
2What Reps is
REPS is sales performance training software. It analyses sales calls you upload, identifies weaknesses in your execution, trains those weaknesses through simulated practice calls with AI buyers, and then reviews your later calls to see whether the training carried over.
REPS is a training tool. It is not a sales agent, and it does not speak to your real buyers. Every practice conversation is with software.
3Who may use Reps
You may use REPS if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
REPS is built for people already taking real sales calls. That is a description of who it helps, not a condition of purchase.
4Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your login details private. Tell us at support@salesrepshq.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
One account is for one person. Team access is arranged separately. Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current, because we use them to reach you about your subscription.
5The Performance Cycle and payment
REPS is sold as a Performance Cycle: a four-week training cycle. The price is shown on the pricing page and is charged when you buy.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle, at the price then shown, until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Your cycle includes a stated allowance of practice time and call analyses. Allowances belong to the cycle they were issued in and do not roll over. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to a renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
6Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access for the rest of the cycle you have already paid for.
7Call recordings you upload
This is the clause we most need you to read, because it concerns people who are not you.
A sales call has another person on it. When you upload a recording, you confirm that you had the right to record that conversation and the right to share it with us, including obtaining every consent the law required where the call took place. Recording laws differ by country and by state, and some require the consent of everyone on the call.
We ask you to confirm this every time you upload, and the upload cannot proceed without it. We rely on that confirmation. We are not able to verify it ourselves, and we do not attempt to.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to process it only in order to provide REPS to you: transcribing it, analysing it, building your skill profile, and creating your training from it. We do not sell your recordings, and we do not use your calls to train general-purpose AI models for anyone else.
You can delete a recording at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to it and how long it is kept.
8How you may use Reps
Use REPS to train yourself. Do not:
- Share your account, or resell access to it.
- Upload recordings you did not have the right to record or share.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything designed to harm someone.
- Try to extract our prompts, models, scoring rubrics or underlying methodology, or copy them into a competing product.
- Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Use automated means to scrape or bulk-download from REPS.
9Refunds and the guarantee
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except under the Real-Call Transfer Guarantee, which is the one route by which money comes back.
If you complete your assessment, follow the roadmap REPS prescribes, complete the required training, and provide enough eligible real-call evidence for us to verify the result, and the skill we trained does not show measurable improvement in your real calls, you receive a full refund and another Performance Cycle free. The full conditions are on the guarantee page and form part of these terms.
To make a claim, write to support@salesrepshq.com within 30 days of the end of the cycle in question. We assess claims against your account’s own training and call-analysis records.
10What belongs to whom
Yours: your recordings, your transcripts, and the analyses and skill profile generated from them.
Ours: REPS itself: the software, the training method, the scoring approach, the AI buyers, the drill library, the brand and everything on this website. Using REPS does not transfer any of it to you.
We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics about how REPS is used to improve it. This never includes your recordings, your transcripts or anything identifying you or your buyers.
11What we do not promise
REPS does not promise you will close more deals, earn more money, or reach any particular close rate. We make no income claim of any kind. Your results depend on your market, your offer, your leads, your effort and much else that is outside both our control and yours.
REPS scores and feedback are generated by AI. They are a training signal, not a professional assessment of your ability, and not advice. They can be wrong. Treat them as a coach’s opinion: useful, and worth arguing with.
The one thing we do stand behind is the Real-Call Transfer Guarantee in section 9, on the terms stated there.
12Availability and changes
We work to keep REPS available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on third-party services that can fail.
We improve REPS continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what your cycle includes, we will tell you, and you may cancel.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use REPS after that means you accept the updated terms.
13Ending your access
You may stop using REPS at any time by cancelling and, if you wish, deleting your account.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, in particular section 7 or section 8, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
14Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost business, lost deals or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You are responsible for any claim brought against us because you uploaded a recording you did not have the right to record or share.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
