REPS.AIREPS
Who this is for

Built for people who already sell.

Reps isn’t a place to learn what sales is. It starts after that, when you’re taking real calls, something in your execution keeps costing you, and nothing you currently do reliably fixes it. Here’s how to tell whether that’s you.

The short version

Seven things have to be true. Not five out of seven. The cycle genuinely needs all of them to run.

01

You're closing now

Taking real sales calls, this month. Not preparing to, not between roles.

02

Enough calls for a pattern

One call is an anecdote. It takes a run of them before anything worth trusting shows up.

03

Something worth fixing

A weakness that keeps reappearing, or a narrower edge you want. Either is fine. Nothing at all is not.

04

Part of it is genuinely yours

If every deal you lose dies on price, leads or timing, we can't train that away.

05

You'll hand over real calls

Recordings or transcripts. This is the input the whole thing runs on.

06

You'll actually practice

Not watch. Practice. This is the part people underestimate and it's the part that works.

07

You care whether it shows up live

Practice going well is pleasant. Your next real calls are the test.

Four situations

Where people usually find themselves.

Most people here

You’re solid, and something keeps leaking.

You know how to run a call. You’ve had the training. But the same thing keeps happening in the same place: the pushback you never quite handle, the moment you move too early, the question you keep not asking. You’ve been told about it. You may have been told about it more than once.

This is the situation Reps was built for. Not because you’re bad at your job, but because knowing the correction and being able to execute it under pressure are different problems, and almost nothing is built to close that gap.

Possible fit

You’re already at the top of your board.

When the fundamentals are already strong, what’s left is smaller and harder to see: a narrow leak in one part of the call, holding a change you made last quarter, or choosing what to work on when nothing is obviously broken.

Evidence-led training tends to suit that, because the edges you’re after are too small to spot by feel. We think strong closers may get the most out of this, but that is our expectation, not something we’ve proven, and we’re not going to present it as fact.

Depends

You already have a manager or a coach.

Good. They give you the things software is worst at: judgment, context, and someone who notices. Reps is built to pick up after the feedback: turn it into one target, train it until you can do it alone, then check your later calls for it.

And if your coaching already carries a correction all the way through to a verified live call, week after week, then Reps has less to add. We’d rather you worked that out now than after you’ve paid us.

Probably not

This isn’t the right thing for you.

Said plainly, because a bad fit costs you more than it costs us:

  • You’re after your first closing role. This isn’t how you break in, and it won’t help you interview.
  • You’re mainly setting. Everything here is built around closing calls.
  • You barely take calls. No evidence, no cycle. There’s nothing for it to run on.
  • Your real problem is upstream. If it’s lead quality, the offer, or fulfilment, training you won’t fix the business.
  • You want to watch, not practice. There are better and cheaper places to buy content.
  • You want it to close for you. It makes you better. It doesn’t take the call.

If you’re on this list, don’t buy. We’d rather you came back in a year taking calls than paid us today for something that can’t work yet.

What it asks of you

Three things, and we won’t pretend they’re nothing.

Real calls, up front. Recordings or transcripts of calls you actually ran. This is the input. Without it the system has nothing to diagnose and nothing to compare against later.

The reps. Deliberate practice against one target, out loud, until you can run it without help. This is the part people underestimate, and it’s the part that does the work.

More calls, afterward. Verification isn’t a quiz, it’s your later real calls, checked for the thing you trained. No later calls, no verdict.

We’re not going to invent a daily minute count to make this sound easy. What we’ll say plainly is that if you aren’t going to practice, none of this works, and you should keep your money.

If that sounded like you.

Watch the full explanation, or book a call and we’ll work out together whether this actually fits your situation. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you on the call.
