Questions worth answering

Ask before you commit anything.

These are the questions worth having answered before you spend money or a call on us. Answer first, detail after. If something here isn’t covered, bring it to a call and we’ll answer it the same way.

What Reps actually is

Is Reps just AI roleplay?

No. Roleplay is one room in the building. It sits at stage three, and it earns its place there, but on its own it hands you reps without telling you what deserved them.

The system around it is the point. Your real calls come in. One target comes out of them. You train that target until you can run it without help. Then your later real calls decide whether it worked. Roleplay is equipment in the gym. It isn’t the gym.

What if I already have a manager or a coach?

Then you already have the part software is worst at: judgment, context, and someone who notices. We’re not going to pretend that’s worth nothing.

What Reps adds is what usually happens after the feedback. The correction becomes one named target. The target gets trained until you can execute it alone. Your later calls get checked for it. If your coaching already carries a correction all the way through to a verified live call, week after week, you need us less. That’s worth knowing before you pay for anything.

Is Reps for beginners?

No. It’s built for closers already taking real sales calls.

That isn’t gatekeeping, it’s mechanics: everything here runs on evidence from calls you actually had. Without those calls there’s nothing to diagnose, nothing to target, and nothing to verify against later.

How it decides things

How does Reps decide what I should train?

From your calls, in three narrowing steps. It separates what was within your control from what wasn’t. It finds where the deal actually started breaking, not where the buyer finally said no. Then it narrows that to one behavior specific enough to practice on a Tuesday morning.

You can see the evidence behind every step of that, and you can disagree with it. It’s a read on what your calls show, and it’s revisable. It is not an oracle, and we’re not going to dress it up as one.

Does Reps blame me for every deal I lose?

No. Plenty of deals die for reasons you had no say in, and training you wouldn’t have saved any of them.

Every call gets sorted four ways: the part that was genuinely yours, the part that was mixed, the part where the real constraint sat outside your execution entirely, and the part where there isn’t enough evidence to say. Only the first ever reaches your training.

How do you know the training actually worked?

We go back to your real calls and look for the specific behavior you trained. That’s the whole standard, and it’s the only one that pays you.

There are four honest answers: it showed up, it showed up sometimes, the old habit came back, or the calls so far can’t settle it. Insufficient evidence is a result we report, not a blank we quietly fill in. If the weakness returns, the target reopens rather than being marked done.

If I get better in practice, am I better?

You’re better in practice. That’s worth something, and it isn’t the answer.

Reps keeps Practice Mastered and Real-Call Verified in separate columns on purpose, because the second one is the only one with money attached. A clean practice run is a good sign. It is not proof.

What you have to do

What do I actually have to do?

Three things. Give it real calls to work from. Do the training it puts in front of you. Then keep sending calls afterward, because that’s what the verification runs on.

We’re not going to invent a number of minutes per day to make this sound easy. What we will say plainly: if you aren’t going to practice, nothing here works, and you should keep your money.

What happens across the four weeks?

The four weeks are the commercial container. The Performance Cycle is what actually moves: establish where you really are, find the bottleneck that’s costing you most, train it until you can execute it alone, prove it on real calls, then go to whatever is costing you most next.

There is no week-one, week-two curriculum, and we’re not going to fabricate one. How fast you move through a cycle depends on your evidence, your target and how much you train.

What happens to my calls?

Your calls are yours. They’re used to build your performance picture and to check whether what you trained showed up later, that’s what you’re paying for.

How we store and handle them, and how you delete them, is set out in the privacy policy. One thing worth saying out loud rather than burying: recording a sales call is your responsibility to do lawfully where you and your buyer are, and that varies by country and state. If you have a specific security or data question we haven’t answered, ask it before you upload anything. Get in touch.

Price and terms

What does it cost?

The four-week Performance Cycle, pricing opens when the store does. Covered by the Real-Call Transfer Guarantee.

We don’t build the story around the price, and we don’t hide it from anyone who came looking for it. There’s no discount theater, no fake original price, and no countdown. See what’s included →

What is the guarantee, exactly?

Do the assessment, follow your roadmap, put the reps in and send the calls. If the skill we trained shows no measurable improvement on your real calls, you get your money back and another full cycle free.

It is a guarantee about the skill we trained, on your real calls. It is deliberately not a guarantee about revenue, close rate or deals, too much of that sits outside your execution for anyone honest to promise it. The full terms are here →
