Every result. Including the misses.
Most training shows you how many people signed up. We show you what happened on their real calls after they trained.
You train one thing.
REPS finds the one skill costing you the most, from your own calls, and you practice it.
We check your next real calls.
Not a quiz. Not a roleplay score. The calls you actually take after training.
The result lands in one of four boxes.
It held, not moved yet, it came back, or too early to say. Here is every one so far.
The skill showed up on the real calls they took after training.
Enough real calls to judge, and it isn't showing up yet. They keep training it.
It held for a while, then slipped. The target opened again.
Not enough real calls yet to say. We don't guess.
The whole record, misses included.
Each month counts the skills whose result was decided that month. A box with fewer than 5 shows as "<5", so nobody can be picked out.
| Month | It held | Not moved yet | It came back | Too early |
|---|
The same rules that decide refunds.
Every trained skill counts once. One person, one skill, one result. Training the same thing again does not add a second win.
The misses stay on the board. "Not moved yet" and "It came back" are counted and shown, never hidden.
Real calls only. A practice score never decides a box. Only the calls taken after training do.
Nobody edits it. The board is counted every night from the guarantee's own results. There is no way to type a number in.
