REPS works by reading your real sales calls. That is a serious thing to ask of anyone, so here is exactly what happens, in plain words. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy, and this post never says more than it does.
Why your calls, and not a script
Everything REPS trains comes from your own calls: the one habit costing you the most, the buyers you practice against, and the check on whether it held afterward. Without your calls, it would be guessing. With them, the training is about you.
What you confirm when you upload
A sales call has a buyer on it, a real person who is not our customer. So when you upload, you confirm that you had the right to record the call and the right to share it with us. The upload cannot go ahead without that confirmation. Recording rules differ by place, and you know the rules where you sell.
What we do with a recording
- Transcribe it, and tell who said what by separating the voices on the recording.
- Analyze the conversation and find where and why it slipped.
- Build your training from it, including practice buyers shaped like the people you sell to.
We do not create or keep voice prints, and we do not use voices to identify anyone. We never sell recordings, share them with other customers, use them to train general-purpose AI models, or contact anyone who appears on them.
How long we keep it, and how to get rid of it
We keep your recordings, transcripts and analyses while your account exists. Deleting a call removes it from your library. To have a recording and its transcript erased entirely, you can send us a privacy deletion request, and if you delete your account, your personal data and recordings are deleted after a 30-day window in which you can change your mind.
Do you have to?
The parts that make REPS different, picking what to train from your calls and checking whether it held on your calls, need real calls to work with. Upload one when you are ready, and read the Privacy Policy first if you want every detail.
